Bantec Products and Services: providing DOD spare parts, drones, environmental cleanup, sanitizing, construction and mechanical insulation. Michael graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. degree, received an M.B.A. and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology degrees from the University of New Haven, and became a Harvard Business School Alumnus when he completed Harvard Business School’s Owner President Program. Michael earned a Master of Laws from Seton Hall Law School with concentrations in corporate and finance law, and is currently studying accounting part time and online at the Seton Hall School of Business.

Dr. Rangel has served as Scientific Director of IBRV, the BRVANT Institute of Technology, a non-profit Institute since August 2013. Dr. Rangel has specialized in aircraft manufacture engineering through his research activities with the Embraer Engineering Specialization Program. Dr. Rangel also studied computer, robotics, lasers and virtual reality systems applied to flight simulators at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IEAv) as a São Paulo State Foundation for Research Support (FAPESP) scholar. Dr. Rangel received a B.S. degree in Computer Engineering, M.S. and PhD degrees in Computer and Electronics Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
